WeCare's General Director, @Leonardo Cunha, presented the training course “Project Proposal Writing and Funding Opportunities” to participants of the Masters Programme in Sport Diplomacy at the University.
Sports Ministry in Hungary, on April 11th.

Over the course of 90 minutes, he shared his experience in project management, international financing, and diplomacy through sport, helping participants transform good ideas into reality.
Proposals that are structured and aligned with the funders' priorities.

With a practical and interactive approach, Leonardo guided the group in understanding the main types of funding opportunities, defining problems and target audiences, formulating SMART objectives, and building consistent partnerships and budgets. The session reinforced the message that writing project proposals is, above all, an exercise in clarity, strategy, and social impact.
