O Mentorship Program For Creative Girls – Creative Women It was meticulously designed to address the specific needs of young female entrepreneurs, artists, scientists, and community leaders in Cape Verde. Through a carefully selected network of experienced and successful mentors, both nationally and internationally, participants will have the unique opportunity to share knowledge, acquire essential skills, and build valuable networks. This exchange will not only accelerate their individual growth but also foster collaboration and innovation within their communities.
The program's methodology is based on three fundamental pillars: Individualized Guidance, Skills Development e Community CreationIn the individualized mentoring program, each mentee will be paired with a mentor whose background and areas of expertise align with their goals. Mentoring sessions will cover everything from strategic career planning to overcoming specific challenges. Simultaneously, workshops and training sessions will be held focusing on crucial areas such as leadership, financial management, digital marketing, social innovation, and sustainable entrepreneurship. Finally, the creation of a strong community among participants and mentors will foster an environment of mutual support, experience sharing, and long-term networking opportunities, consolidating the program's transformative impact.
