WeCare is looking for a receptionist with customer service experience and administrative skills. Ability to handle a high volume of telephone calls and provide efficient support to visitors. Organised, proactive and with excellent communication skills.

Functions:

  • Receiving and greeting visitors, providing information about the company and directing them to the appropriate people.
  • Managing and routing telephone calls, ensuring a courteous and efficient service.
  • Maintaining the meeting room calendar.
  • Managing mail and parcels, distributing them internally and ensuring their proper delivery.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, drafting reports and organising files.
  • Keeping the reception area organised and well presented.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of telephone calls and provide a courteous and professional service.
  • Knowledge of office management software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to deal with customer service situations, even in times of pressure.
  • Organisation and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
