The program is designed for those passionate about consulting and eager to contribute to Africa&#039;s growth, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the industry and emerge as future leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Main responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Customer Engagement:<\/strong>\u00a0Collaborate in teams of 3 to 5 consultants, actively participating in all stages of client projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Analysis and recommendations:<\/strong>\u00a0Gather and analyze data, develop and test hypotheses, and create actionable recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Presentation and implementation:<\/strong>\u00a0Present the findings to clients and work alongside client teams to implement recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skills development:<\/strong>\u00a0Receive high-level training, coaching, and ongoing mentorship from experienced colleagues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Successful completion of the YLP may lead to a full-time business analyst role in the office, depending on performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligibility criteria<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nationality:<\/strong>\u00a0For West African graduates who have completed or are about to begin mandatory national service for young people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Training:<\/strong>\u00a0Bachelor&#039;s or master&#039;s degree.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Expertise:<\/strong>\u00a0Less than 3 years of professional experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Achievements:<\/strong>\u00a0Excellent academic record and leadership demonstrated through extracurricular activities or work experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skills:<\/strong>\u00a0Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/opportunitiesforyouth.org\/2024\/07\/29\/mckinseys-young-leaders-programme-consulting-fellowship-opportunity-for-west-african-graduates-full-time\/#\">\u00a0communication<\/a>\u00a0Effective expression of complex ideas in English (verbally and in writing) and strong teamwork skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested in learning more?
