The program uses practical sessions, field demonstrations, coaching, and mentoring as a tool to encourage participants to look at agricultural production and adjacent sectors in a new way to identify areas with potential business opportunities. This agribusiness training program is competitive among teams formed by individuals admitted to the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Between 18 and 35 years old (18 to 24 is preferred);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do you wish to expand and operate your agricultural activity as a business?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to commit a maximum of 12 days per month to training, sessions, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resident in Ghana during the program;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willing to give dedicated and full attention to the YFBA Program;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willing to work in a group;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willing to work long hours without supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Other requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A strong desire to learn and train.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Having a genuine desire to start a business in the agricultural sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be prepared to start this business as a co-founder of a team of people you met in the YFBA program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understand innovation, its business benefits, and opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess strong research and analytical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have creative and innovative ideas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/airtable.com\/appPqDbgwDr9p2lXR\/pagau9LiCh394vVnX\/form\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Click here to register<\/a><\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prazo: 23 de julho de 2024 Est\u00e3o abertas as inscri\u00e7\u00f5es para a&nbsp;Young Farmer Business Academy 2024 do Kosmos Innovation Center (KIC)&nbsp;.
