We invite women tech leaders and Innovation Support Organisations (ISOs) committed to bridging the gender gap in the African tech ecosystem to apply and participate in this transformative programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Programme overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The FIT4Mentorship Programme is dedicated to supporting women in technology who want to increase their mentoring and leadership skills. The initiative also seeks to strengthen the capacity of ISOs in promoting female tech mentors in various sectors. This programme is a collaborative effort offered to you by BongoHive, Zanga Metrics and SPARK, with SPARK being implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The main objectives of the FIT4Mentorship Programme include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Empowering female tech models:<\/strong>\u00a0Equip existing female tech leaders with the tools and resources they need to become effective mentors and role models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Improve visibility:<\/strong>\u00a0Increasing the visibility of female technology role models through targeted initiatives and platforms designed to inspire the next generation of women in technology.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Establishing a community of support:<\/strong>\u00a0Creating a robust network of female tech role models who can collaborate, share experiences and support each other's professional growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contributing to Gender Equity:<\/strong>\u00a0To strengthen visibility and the avenues through which female tech role models can share their experiences and provide guidance, with the aim of promoting a more gender-equitable perception of the industry.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Opportunities for participants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For technology mentors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The FIT4Mentorship Programme offers a unique opportunity for women tech leaders across Africa to improve their mentoring and leadership skills. Participants will have access to specialised coaching, networking opportunities and a platform to share their knowledge and experiences, thus inspiring the next generation of women in technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For innovation support organisations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ISOs participating in the FIT4Mentorship Programme will receive specialised training to increase their capacity to support female tech mentors.
