We will pay special attention to achieving&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>gender parity<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;in the programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Candidates will be selected according to these criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Already working in PE\/VC\/Private Debt\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>(or works in Finance and wants to start a career in this sector)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Working with the African continent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>English speaker (fluent)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 to 6 years' experience in PE\/VC\/Private Debt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Available to attend the programme: approximately 2\/3 hours per week<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications for the autumn 2024 cohort are now open.
