The WIA Young Leaders programme aims to support and highlight young African leaders who will play an important role in the African revolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, 10 leaders will benefit from a personalised training programme focusing on women's leadership and the skills of the future. They will be supported by renowned mentors and will have the opportunity to live an immersive experience through a business trip in a world economic capital. This trip will allow them to access a high-level professional network, train, meet experts in their sectors and benefit from high visibility at international African country.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Involvement in the continent's development and social commitment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership skills (humility, empathy and resilience).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special consideration will be given to candidates with \"self-made\" experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A vision of what Africa should be in the future.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to reconcile business conduct, social impact and public\/private dialogue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to take on responsibilities at the highest level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong convincing skills combined with a flair for
