As an active part of the Commonwealth network, scholars will help shape its future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every year there are two opportunities to apply for the QECS - cycle 1 opens in November\/December and cycle 2 starts in March\/April. You only need to submit one application, but you can apply more than once if there's another country you're interested in studying in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VALUE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fully funded tuition fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Living allowance (grant) for the duration of the award<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Economical return flights to the host country.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Single arrival allowance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research Support Grant (on application only; subject to approval)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HOW TO APPLY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>See the list of countries and universities receiving grants in this cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visit the website of the relevant university to find out more about your chosen course using the links included below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete and submit a QECS application for your chosen university\/course by clicking on the 'Apply now' button. After clicking apply, you will be directed to a login page.
