This six-month experiential learning programme is designed to empower young women with the knowledge, access and resources needed to develop key employability skills for a successful career in the 21st century.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This fully virtual programme offers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High-level professional development courses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentoring postgraduate students at leading global universities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coaching senior executives with international experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Life skills training to prepare young women for the future of work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) is an official partner of the BMGA Fellows Programme, and previous groups have been supported by various reputable organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selected participants will undergo an intensive six-month learning experience, using modern technological tools and resources for transformational learning.
