The International Renewable Energy Agency's (IRENA) fifth IRENA Youth Forum: The Next Generation of Decision Makers will convene in April 2024 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on the sidelines of the fourteenth session of the IRENA Assembly (15-18 April 2024). The Assembly is the Agency's highest decision-making authority, where Heads of State\/Government, Ministers and global stakeholders meet to discuss and advance the energy transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The IRENA Youth Forum 2024 will strengthen youth networks and connect them with global leaders, government representatives and IRENA experts. The event strives for a global and balanced geographical representation of young people and strongly encourages applications from young people in LDCs, SIDS and developing countries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidates can be between 16 and 35 years old.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deadline for individual applications is 31 January 2024 (midnight Abu Dhabi time).
