The aim is to help companies move quickly from commitment to action on human rights and labour rights by establishing an ongoing human rights due diligence process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VALUE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify and assess your company's actual or potential adverse impacts on human rights<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn how to integrate these findings into all processes and take the appropriate measures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor the effectiveness of measures and processes to see if they are working<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate how impacts are being addressed and show stakeholders that your company is taking action and seeing results<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build a network of peers, UN partners and experts to support your human rights journey and work collectively to tackle persistent obstacles to implementing an effective human rights due diligence process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ELIGIBILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To take part in the Business and Human Rights Accelerator, companies must be participants in the UN Global Compact<br>or willing to join.
