These resources include guidance on creating a LinkedIn profile, writing an effective CV, interview tips and networking advice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunities for live interactions within a global cohort of peers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MODULE II<\/strong>&nbsp;<em>Seven Weeks<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Aspire Leadership Course: Social impact for first generation leaders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A six-session leadership development course, augmented by an additional week for dedicated courses, meticulously designed and presented by esteemed professors from Harvard University.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The journey unfolds as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Week one: Understanding yourself as a leader<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Week two: The importance of understanding context and building trust<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Week three: Navigating Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fourth week: Live discussion - Addressing community challenges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Week Five: Leaders' Voices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Week 6: Live discussion - Taking action in your communities around the world<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seventh week: Free course and preparation for module 3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>MODULE III<\/strong>&nbsp;<em>Two Weeks<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Immersive learning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take part in masterclasses led by world-renowned educators from top universities around the world.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience a mix of asynchronous and synchronous learning, fostering connections with a global cohort of colleagues and mentors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Alumni engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alumni are given the keys to an energetic community of young leaders, experienced mentors and valuable seed funding for social impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Read stories from former students<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cohorts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each cohort embarks on the same three-module programme alongside a new group of Aspiring Leaders.
