The TRACE Investigative Reporting Award recognises journalism that uncovers bribery and business-related financial crime with the aim of increasing commercial transparency and good governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TRACE is a globally recognised corporate anti-bribery organisation and a leading provider of cost-effective third-party risk management solutions. Members and clients include hundreds of multinational companies based around the world. TRACE is made up of two separate entities - TRACE International and TRACE Incorporated - which fulfil a common mission to promote commercial transparency worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prizes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A panel of independent judges will analyse the submissions and select up to two winners, who will each receive a cash prize of US$ 10,000.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The reporter(s) will be invited to a premiere conference organised by TRACE. The judges can also name up to two honourable mentions, who each receive US$ 1,000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nominees can be print, broadcast or online reporters from any country who have investigated commercial bribery schemes, commercial activities that create serious conflicts of interest or similar commercial misconduct.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team entries and multiple submissions per author are allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entries in books are not accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Guidelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entries must involve business-related bribery or financial crime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can submit your own work or you can nominate someone else's work. If you nominate someone else's work, please get their permission to do so.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entries must have appeared in print, online or broadcast media during 2023. Any entry not originally written\/produced in English must be accompanied by a translation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Books are not accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If an entry only appeared in print, including a scan.
