{"id":4260,"date":"2023-09-11T09:18:42","date_gmt":"2023-09-11T10:18:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wecare.center\/?p=4260"},"modified":"2023-09-11T09:18:43","modified_gmt":"2023-09-11T10:18:43","slug":"em-2022-a-fundacao-coca-cola-e-a-women-in-africa-uniram-forcas-para-apoiar-20-000-mulheres-empreendedoras-africanas-atraves-da-iniciativa-jamii-femmes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wecare.center\/en\/bolsas-e-fundos\/em-2022-a-fundacao-coca-cola-e-a-women-in-africa-uniram-forcas-para-apoiar-20-000-mulheres-empreendedoras-africanas-atraves-da-iniciativa-jamii-femmes\/","title":{"rendered":"In 2022, the Coca-Cola Foundation and Women In Africa joined forces to support 20,000 African women entrepreneurs through the \"JAMII Femmes\" initiative."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The initiative&nbsp;<strong>JAMII Femmes<\/strong>&nbsp;aims to increase the impact of African women entrepreneurs in the&nbsp;<strong>African economy<\/strong>&nbsp;and support the creation of&nbsp;<strong>innovative solutions<\/strong>&nbsp;for sustainable development that contribute&nbsp;<strong>positive change<\/strong>&nbsp;in Africa, improving the quality of life for tens of thousands of people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JAMII Femmes is a great opportunity to develop skills, access a grant and join a network of 7000 women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"683\" width=\"1024\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wia-initiative.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/IMG_5006-1024x683.jpg?resize=1024%2C683&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Programme implementation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For this second year, the&nbsp;<strong>Coca-Cola Foundation<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>a Women In Africa<\/strong>&nbsp;are offering&nbsp;<strong>a multi-stage programme<\/strong>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<strong>7,000 women in three countries.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Phase 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong>&nbsp;access to the Honoris United Universities Certificate (cf curriculum) and expert masterclasses for 7000 women<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/41mwBDA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CURRICULUM<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This programme is inclusive and selective at the same time.<\/strong>&nbsp;That's why&nbsp;<strong>Education Pillar<\/strong>, which is extremely important for women entrepreneurs, is<strong>&nbsp;open to new and experienced women entrepreneurs.<\/strong>&nbsp;With this, we also hope to create a community where experienced women entrepreneurs can also inspire those starting out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the programme progresses, the selection criteria will focus on entrepreneurial performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Women's profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"1024\" width=\"1024\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wia-initiative.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/2-4-1024x1024.jpg?resize=1024%2C1024&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Phase 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Subject to completion of Phase 1 (certification)<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Grants:<\/strong>&nbsp;access to scholarships ranging from US$ 300 to US$ 10,000* for the top 600 out of 7,000 women<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acceleration:&nbsp;<\/strong>access to a face-to-face acceleration bootcamp for the top 20 in each country. This bootcamp will allow you to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strengthen your skills even further with experts, mentors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>access the high-level network of WIA and its partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access exclusive opportunities from Bootcamp partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visibility:<\/strong>&nbsp;lifetime access to the WIA network and therefore to potential opportunities throughout Africa. And for the top 20, a dedicated communication campaign will be deployed by WIA and its partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>*US$ 10,000 prize winners will be selected from the top 60 based on their business performance and the jury's decision during the bootcamp.
