Through the Illumina Agricultural Greater Good Initiative, we are collaborating with the agricultural community to support research to enable a more sustainable and nutritious food supply. The grant programme is designed to help identify measures that can increase crop yields and improve the welfare and productivity of livestock to alleviate poverty and hunger in the developing world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Eligibility and requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The grant programme is open to basic researchers in Agrigenomics at academic institutions, whether profit-making or not. Priority will be given to research that increases the sustainability, productivity and nutrient density of the world's food supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In 400 words or less, provide an overview, a statement of work and a description of the impact of your research.
