Mentoring is a one-year appointment and comprises the following components:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mentoring by an ETH professor, senior scientist or postdoctoral fellow during a one-year period of the mentee's doctoral studies. We suggest monthly meetings and clearly defined project goals, e.g. presentation at a conference, joint publication.
