The competition for the hybrid session 21 (2 weeks online + 3 weeks face-to-face) at the YALI Regional Leadership Centre - Dakar started this Saturday 12 November and will end on 27 November 2022, at 23:59 GMT.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hybrid session 21 will take place in two parts:
-> online phase from 23 January to 03 February 2023
-> face-to-face phase, from 20 February to 10 March 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
