The ITF is accepting applications from trans-led organisations with budgets under US$ 100,000, based in any region of the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ITF was created to mobilise sustainable resources to help build strong trans-led movements and support collective action, and to address and eliminate the funding gaps affecting trans organisations around the world. The ITF's aim is to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Build and Sustain the Fund | Develop and sustain a mechanism to support trans-led groups of different sizes working on a range of issues at international, regional, national and local levels, with an emphasis on smaller groups with limited resources.<\/li><li>Resource Trans Movements | Increase and improve access to resources to support trans movements by increasing financial resources dedicated to trans-led organisations and groups; providing access to non-financial resources for trans organisations, such as capacity building, organisational strengthening, leadership development and activist support; and improving advocacy in philanthropy to increase access to new donors.<\/li><li>Educate Philanthropic Community Educate your peers in the philanthropic community about trans issues and influence other funders and strategic allies on trans-related commitments and strategies.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Your priorities<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The ITF prioritises its donations:<ul><li>Fund a diverse collection of groups, including various identities, strategies and issues, languages and regions.<\/li><li>Prioritise trans communities that face higher levels of marginalisation (e.g. racism, classism, ageism, ableism, misogyny and so on).<\/li><li>Support trans-led organisations whose work is intersectional and contributes to economic and social justice, movement building and the liberation of trans people.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Types of concession<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The ITF has two types of concession:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>SEED grant (1 year)<\/strong><ul><li>The SEED grant is a 1-year general support and\/or project grant for trans-led organisations that have never been funded by the ITF, or that prefer to apply for this grant instead of the THRIVE grant. Grants range from US$ 10,000 to US$ 25,000 per year.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>THRIVE subsidy (1 year)<\/strong><ul><li>The THRIVE grant is a 1-year general support grant ONLY for trans-led organisations that have previously been funded by the ITF and are in good standing. Grants range from US$ 25,000 to US$ 50,000 per year.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eligibility criteria<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To be eligible for funding, organisations must meet the following criteria:<\/li><li><strong>Be trans-leadership:<\/strong><ul><li>Trans people should be in decision-making roles, including setting the organisation's strategic and financial priorities, and make up 75% the team, spokespeople and Board or decision-making body.<\/li><li>If this is not the case, organisations should demonstrate how trans people make budgetary, organisational and strategic decisions.<\/li><li>Have an operating budget below US$ 100,000.<\/li><li>Be a group of people (i.e. not an individual).<\/li><li>The main focus of the work is to benefit the trans community.<\/li><li>Contribute to building the movement, not just by providing direct services.<\/li><li>Applications that do not meet these criteria will be considered ineligible and will not be analysed by the Donations Panel.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ineligible<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>What they don't finance the ITF doesn't finance next:<ul><li>Individuals.<\/li><li>Organisations that are not led by trans people (even if they are working on trans issues).<\/li><li>Organisations that do not work specifically to benefit trans people or communities.<\/li><li>Organisations with operating budgets above US$ 100,000.<\/li><li>Organisations and projects that only provide direct services to individuals without contributing in any way to building the trans movement<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For more information, visit<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.transfund.org\/our-grants\/apply-for-a-grant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.transfund.org\/our-grants\/apply-for-a-grant\/<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prazo:&nbsp;12 de dezembro de 2022 O International Trans\u00a0Fund\u00a0(ITF) tem o prazer de anunciar seu 7\u00ba ciclo de doa\u00e7\u00f5es.\u00a0A ITF aceita inscri\u00e7\u00f5es de organiza\u00e7\u00f5es lideradas por trans com or\u00e7amentos abaixo de US$ 100.000, com sede em qualquer regi\u00e3o do mundo.
