These can include, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>New computers, servers or data or website hosting.<\/li><li>Technical support in implementing new systems.<\/li><li>Training or support processes in digital security or other safety and security aspects.<\/li><li>Actions to improve physical security, which support information management and digital security.<\/li><li>Measures to deal with the psychological and psychosocial impacts of digital threats.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Financing information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>This year, the grant provides up to \u20ac15,000 and aims to support more organisations in activities lasting up to a year.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What does the Sustainable Protection Fund not cover?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Main organisational funding, such as the payment of salaries or stipends.<\/li><li>Support for ongoing project activities.<\/li><li>Fill a funding gap.<\/li><li>Advocacy work.<\/li><li>Research paper.<\/li><li>Cost of living or subsidies.<\/li><li>Medical costs (in addition to psychological and\/or psychosocial support).<\/li><li>Maintenance.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Sustainable Protection Fund is open regionally and the following groups are specifically encouraged to apply:<ul><li>Women human rights defenders and feminist organisations.<\/li><li>LGBTQIA+ organisations.<\/li><li>Defenders of land and environmental rights.<\/li><li>Journalists and other actors who make information available to the public.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For more information, visit<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitaldefenders.org\/sustainable-protection-fund-open-call-for-sub-saharan-africa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.digitaldefenders.org\/sustainable-protection-fund-open-call-for-sub-saharan-africa\/<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Digital Defenders Partnership est\u00e1 atualmente buscando inscri\u00e7\u00f5es para seu\u00a0Fundo\u00a0de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Sustent\u00e1vel para ajudar organiza\u00e7\u00f5es ou coletivos\u00a0de direitos humanos\u00a0a construir suas capacidades de seguran\u00e7a digital de longo prazo.
