General guiding principles will then be outlined to encourage and support future policy responses and actions on the ground. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this context, the Youth Department will invite 50-60 young people to participate and engage with decision-makers and opinion formers in a reflection on the issue of Democracy and Information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates must apply in 2 parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>One <a href=\"https:\/\/youthapplications.coe.int\/Application-forms\/Application-form-WORLD-FORUM-FOR-DEMOCRACY-2022-YOUTH-DELEGATION\">application form<\/a> must be filled in (log in or create an account first)<br><\/li><li>A short, 1-minute video must be uploaded to YouTube, with the link attached to the application form. <a href=\"https:\/\/rm.coe.int\/2022-wfd-technical-note-on-how-to-upload-a-youtube-video\/1680a70c8b\">more information here <\/a><br><\/li><li>The application form must be submitted before 13:00 (1:00 pm) on Tuesday 2 August 2022 CET, together with a letter of support from your sending NGO\/organisation, if applicable.
