This programme, which focuses on low-cost but high-impact initiatives, seeks to support proposals that address urgent needs and contribute to the socio-economic progress of the archipelago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Small-scale projects represent an effective means of bilateral cooperation, enabling the Czech Republic to contribute actively to Cape Verde\u2019s growth and prosperity. The areas of focus are varied, ranging from community development, education and health projects to initiatives in environmental protection, sustainable agriculture and women\u2019s empowerment.
