The Comunidade365 programme is launching its first call for applications for facilitator training, aimed at organisations wishing to start organising the Comunidade365 Bootcamp in their community or locality. Applications are open until 11 June and are open to member organisations within the network (find out how to join here: Comunidade365 Application \u2013 Comunidade365) that have participants who have already taken part in the Comunidade365 Bootcamp and completed the Sport Accelerator Lab.<\/p>\n
The training will provide facilitators with the tools they need to run the Bootcamp in any location across Cape Verde. The Comunidade365 Bootcamp is a competition for ideas that contribute to the social sector, using sport as a means of making an impact.<\/p>\n
The organisations involved will find opportunities to establish further partnerships; they will be given priority for funding from the Cape Verdean Olympic Committee, will enjoy greater national and international recognition amongst other organisations, and will have more opportunities to participate in the activities of other organisations, thanks to the visibility and trust conferred by this certificate awarded by the Cape Verdean Olympic Academy (AOC) in its capacity as the accrediting and regulatory body for the initiative. and recognised by the International Olympic Committee.<\/p>\n
The Bootcamp is part of a set of practices to support and empower organisations to boost their community work results based on the criteria of Good Governance and Impact.<\/p>\n
Community 365 is the empowerment tool dedicated to all organisations that are creating impact in order to leverage their efforts for better operation through the creation of national and international networks with the common goal: social and community impact.<\/p>\n
The target audience for this platform is community leaders, managers, coaches and volunteers from sports organisations with a community relationship to develop projects, services or products in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and the International Olympic Committee's Olympism365 strategy.<\/p>\n
This programme is funded by the Cape Verdean Olympic Academy and the Cape Verdean Olympic Committee, with the support of the International Olympic Committee, and is implemented by WeCare. Social Innovation Sports and Social Development Hub are also partners.<\/p>\n
