This program aims to identify, empower, and support a new generation of professionals and entrepreneurs who will be crucial in leading innovative projects and promoting multilateral cooperation. Through a comprehensive methodology, ADEL 2026 will offer a set of tools, training, and networking opportunities, enabling participants to develop essential skills in areas such as project management, sustainability, diplomacy, and innovation. We believe that investing in these emerging leaders is a direct investment in socioeconomic progress and the consolidation of strategic relationships within the Community of Portuguese-Speaking Countries (CPLP) and its Atlantic partners.<\/p>\n<p>The relevance of ADEL 2026 transcends individual training, projecting itself towards the creation of robust collaborative networks and the fostering of joint solutions to shared challenges.
