reduce pressure on ecosystems, such as renewable energy or early warning systems.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Eligibility criteria<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To be considered, candidate NGOs must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Proven experience<\/strong> \u2013 Have a work history in West or Central Africa, preferably in fragile or post-conflict contexts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Community focus<\/strong> \u2013 To demonstrate an approach centered on the needs of local populations, with their active involvement in the design and implementation of
