The club, located in Achada de Santo Ant\u00f3nio, in the city of Praia, has been operating since 2022 and has already gained a solid base of around 20 regular practitioners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>S\u00e9nior Fit Club is mainly dedicated to functional training, focussing on injury prevention and physical rehabilitation for the elderly. This project, which started out as the winner of Startup Weekend 2023, arose from the entrepreneurial vision of Stivan Almeida, who identified a gap in the local market regarding specialised support for senior citizens.
