This year, the focus will be on <strong>Community concept365<\/strong>, an innovative approach that aims to strengthen the sports ecosystem through capacity building and strategic mentoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? <strong>Start Date:<\/strong> 24 March 2025<br>? <strong>Location:<\/strong> Praia, Santiago<br>\u23f3 <strong>Duration:<\/strong> 9 months<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O <strong>Sport Accelerator Lab<\/strong> is an intensive programme that provides <strong>36 hours of training<\/strong> and more than <strong>42 hours of specialised mentoring<\/strong>The course will provide ongoing support for the development of projects and the creation of sustainable strategies. During this course, participants will have access to internationally renowned experts in the fields of <strong>sports management, innovation, social entrepreneurship and organisational sustainability<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>?<\/strong><strong> Programme objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Promoting social entrepreneurship in sport<br>Stimulate the creation of sustainable business models for sports organisations<br>Support the transition of athletes' careers into the world of entrepreneurship<br>Train managers and clubs to take better advantage of opportunities in the sector<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? <strong>Who is it for?<\/strong><br>\u27a1 <strong>Athletes at the end of their careers<\/strong> or dual career<br>\u27a1 <strong>Managers of sports clubs and federations<\/strong><br>\u27a1 <strong>Social entrepreneurs<\/strong> with innovative sports projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training will be organised on a <strong>semi-presential<\/strong>. The first week takes place in person at WeCare's headquarters in Praia. The rest of the programme takes place over 9 months at a distance, combining theoretical modules, practical sessions and personalised follow-up.
