We partner with Africa's fastest growing startups to co-design an experience that allows fellows to quickly gain relevant skills and market knowledge, complete real project work and be fast-tracked to apply for a full-time role in their field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications are now open and can be accessed via the organisation's website. Interested candidates can find open roles ranging from marketing, finance, operations, data science and engineering, and apply online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That's how it works:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Get Matched: Fellows are matched with specific roles relevant to their skills. Fellowship programmes are co-created with VFA startup partners.<\/li><li>Stay immersed: Fellows spend three months in their role, during which time they are immersed in the local context, receive training from specialised mentors and are able to understand the nuances of the market.<\/li><li>Get Working: Fellows work on delivering real projects for their assignees. Startups.
