The second edition of the Community365 Bootcamp has begun at the Faculty of Education and Sports of the University of Cape Verde – Mindelo — a transformative journey of learning, sharing and empowerment aimed at young people, community leaders and social entrepreneurs.

Comunidade365 was implemented by the Cape Verdean Olympic Committee, through its Olympic Academy, and is managed by WeCare, aiming to strengthen skills, stimulate leadership, and promote impactful sports projects in local communities.

To further enrich this experience, the Comunidade365 bootcamp in São Vicente features leading mentors in their respective fields, who will share knowledge, best practices, and inspiring stories.

Maria Eduarda Vasconcelos
President of the Gymnastics Association of São Vicente and Vice-President of the Olympic Academy of Cape Verde. He leads the MINDELGINA club and stands out in the promotion of sport, youth empowerment and cultural enhancement through excellent sports management.

Diva Gomes
Organizational psychologist and business coach with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. She is an alumna of international networks such as Global Shapers, YALI, and the Young African Leaders Initiative. Founder and coordinator of several events related to entrepreneurship.

Amílcar Graça
Sports activist with a strong track record in social inclusion projects through sport. A true community mobilizer, advocate for active citizenship and the power of sport as a tool for transformation.
