About the Award: The Fellowship is a 6-week immersive experiential learning programme designed to identify and nurture talented young people into career and business leaders by giving them the opportunity to apply their skills, passions and interests to provide solutions to pressing needs in their community.
The programme has two tracks:
- Business Advancement and Entrepreneurship Track (BAE): This track caters for the range of emerging or aspiring entrepreneurs who hope to take on leadership roles in the private sector or build their own ventures on the continent.
- Career Advancement and Employability Track (CAE): This track caters for the range of emerging or aspiring professionals who hope to take on leadership roles in the private or public sectors to manage and grow organisations on the continent.

Eligibility:
- Must be between 16 and 30 years old
- Must be a graduate or recent graduate
- Must understand and speak English
- You must be intelligent, self-motivated and innovative
- It must be from an African country.
- Be willing to commit to the expected workload for 6 weeks and take part in group discussions and individual tasks.
