"The Creatives" Frontliners use their power of creativity to fight for change and bring hope. In 2024, Youth to the Front Fund is growing to elevate, support and fund more artist collectives, cultural storytellers, creative organisers, heritage custodians who are using their voice and the power of art to confront systemic injustice and change narratives at local and global levels. communities.
This is a call for creatives and collectives from the following sectors:
- Visual Arts: Painting, Drawing, Sculpture, Photography, Film, Media, Digital Art, Illustration, Graphic Design, Graffiti, Street Art, Fashion Design, etc.
- Performing Arts: Dance, Theatre, Experimental, etc.
- Music: composition, production, DJ, etc.
- Writing and literary arts: poetry, prose, spoken word, etc.
- Creative Change: Curating, Cultural Storytelling, Creative Organisation, Cookery and Culinary Arts, Folk Arts, Design and Development of Inclusive Video Games, etc.
- Holistic Healing, Community Spaces and Sports: Holistic Health Practices, Integrative Medicine, Wellness, Mind-Body Therapy, Community Sports Programmes, Youth Sports Development, Inclusive Sports Initiatives, etc.
