The Inaugural Session: Boosting Youth Projects in Cape Verde (JSI and VVV-SI 2025-2026)
Session 1 represents the crucial starting point for the launch of the JSI (Youth in an Inclusive Society) and VVV-SI (Valorisation and Visibility of Social and Innovative Vocation) youth projects in Cape Verde, covering the 2025-2026 period. This first meeting is the foundation for mobilising young people and developing initiatives that promise to have a significant impact on the country's social and economic fabric. The inaugural session aims to present the objectives, methodologies and opportunities offered by these programmes, encouraging active participation and the presentation of innovative proposals.
The relevance of these projects for Cape Verde is undeniable. Cape Verde's youth face a range of challenges, from unemployment and a lack of training opportunities to social vulnerability and the need for spaces for civic participation.
