Applications are now open for the Vital Voices (VV) Visionaries Programme 2024 . The VV Visionaries programme, in partnership with the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund (ELELF), Estée Lauder's charitable fund, was created to support the next generation of emerging leaders who are redefining leadership in their everyday lives.
The VV Visionaries programme invests in pioneering women, increasing their access to leadership training and the networks that support them. Together with the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund, this unique programme will champion women leaders across sectors, industries and backgrounds who want to create a positive social impact in their communities and beyond.

Three groups of 50 visionary women over the age of 18 will take part in a 7-week immersive virtual experience built on the proven Vital Voices leadership model, incorporating leadership lessons from Estée Lauder executives and Vital Voices Global Network leaders.
Participants in all three groups will have the opportunity to be selected for an annual face-to-face experience that provides deeper training and investment in their personal leadership journeys. Upon completion of the group, participants will join the Vital Voices community of more than 20,000 change agents in 185 countries, each of whom is daring to reimagine a more equitable world for all.

By taking part in the VV Visionaries programme, participants will:
- Complete the Vital Voices Leadership Journey, a 7-week virtual course focused on developing the interpersonal skills needed for leadership.
- Learn leadership lessons from Estée Lauder executives
- Receive a certificate of completion on completion of the scholarship
- Opportunity to take part in an annual face-to-face summit
- Join the Vital Voices global network of more than 20,000 women leaders from around the world
Eligibility
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of enrolment and identify as female;
- Has an established organisation, business, social impact initiative, OR;
- You are an important decision-maker in your organisation, business, initiative or social impact OR;
- You have a clear vision for an organisation, business or initiative with an explicit social purpose;
- He is proficient in English.
Application
The Visionaries programme will have three groups in 2024:
- Cohort 6: June - July
- Cohort 7: August - September
- Cohort 8: October - November
