To encourage collaboration within the group and support each artist in their individual practice, this programme incorporates various forms of interaction, including workshops, guest lectures and peer-to-peer sessions. As the participants come from different locations, most of the activities take place online. However, twice during the programme, they meet in person for two Lab Weeks, which are intensive week-long mentoring sessions. In addition, there is a collective project in the form of a publication and web space.

The programme's activities require an average commitment of 10 hours per month, although this varies throughout the year. In addition, participants should feel comfortable sharing ideas in spoken English to promote a space for mutual learning and exchange.

Prizes

  • Each artist receives a prize of €10,000 to work on the concept of a set of works that they describe in their application.
