The Global Cultural Relations Programme (GCRP), the flagship training programme of the Cultural Relations Platform, is a unique opportunity that brings together professionals from around the world to create connections and discuss intercultural collaborations. They are announcing a change of focus for the next edition of the GCRP. Previous professional editions have been tailored to cultural and creative people. For the 2023 edition of the GCRP, the Cultural Relations Platform is also opening up the programme to participants working in the field of climate change and environmental issues.

Cost
- The GCRP 2023 will take place face-to-face in Madrid, Spain. Travel and accommodation costs during the days of the programme will be covered by CRP.
Eligibility
- The Cultural Relations Platform is looking for 40 professionals and entrepreneurs working in the cultural and creative sectors OR on climate change and environmental issues. They give high priority to participants working in either of these two sectors.
- You must be between 25 and 39 years old, with at least three years' experience in international/intercultural collaboration.
- You can work for a public, private or civil society organisation, or be a freelancer.
- You will need to commit to the programme for the entire period from 10 to 13 October 2023 and have time to travel to and from Madrid.

The application form must be completed in English. Applications sent in another language will not be considered. Applications from people who do not work in the cultural and creative sectors or on climate change and environmental issues will not be considered.
