The Global Internship Programme (GIP) allows highly motivated individuals to gain exposure to the mission and work of IFC and the IFC Group. Additional information:
- The duties and responsibilities are different for each position.
- Between May and September, IFC employs global interns for a minimum of four weeks to work on separate projects in Washington, D.C., or in one of IFC's country or regional offices. Many of the possibilities listed are also available to be participated in remotely.
- Participation in sector-specific market mapping, evaluations of investment proposals, financial modelling and analysis, portfolio management, upstream work and consulting services activities are examples of operational responsibilities. Other tasks that incorporate and support departments can include various activities.
