The Changemakers for the planet Programme offers young leaders face-to-face summits, capacity building, funding for collaborative efforts and lifetime access to the changemakerXchange programme's vibrant global network of changemakers and activists.

Requirements

• Applications to the programme are currently open from change makers aged between 18 and 35 and based in / with an impact on Europe or the Middle East and North Africa.
