WASCAL (West African Science Service Centre on Climate Change and Adapted Land Use) opens applications for the Master's Programme in Renewable Energy and Green Hydrogen. 

Under the patronage of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), WASCAL announces that enrolment is now open for its International Master's Programme in Renewable Energies and Green Hydrogen in all fifteen (15) ECOWAS countries, namely: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Côte d'Ivoire, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Togo.  

The International Master's Programme in Renewable Energy and Green Hydrogen is innovative for the West African region and is designed to prepare the next generation to face the energy challenges of adaptation and resilience to Climate Change in West Africa. The programme's interdisciplinary approach will enable a better understanding of current energy infrastructures in West Africa, their strengths and weaknesses, energy policies, practices in a climate change context and the search for sustainable solutions.
