Applications are now open for the Prestigious GELA 2024 Global Mentoring Programme . The prestigious Global Abroad Mentorship Programme (GAMP), formerly known as WAFMP, helps identify, train, mentor and deploy impeccable and proficient leaders in politics, business and public service from those 18-35 year olds whose voices have not been heard for decades, such as the extremely marginalised, people of colour and the socioeconomically disadvantaged.
The PGMP seeks to be the centre for training global leaders in all sectors. The GELA Skillup-360 project has recently been expanded to include young people from all continents/regions of the world. Very importantly, 80-100 participants will be selected globally in an inclusive way that allows for a healthy balance so that delegates are selected from the various continents. The programme is ideally priced at $100 per participant, but has been largely made free for only the most passionate few ready to embark on a journey to greatness. Those selected will receive a free access coupon code to be integrated, assigned to a foreign mentor and trained free of charge.

Eligibility
- Candidates must be under the age of 35;
- Internet access;
- Willing to learn, embrace diversity and expand the network;
- Willing to sign up and then fill in the pre-evaluation form.
Application
Selection is based mainly on the passion with which candidates distinguish themselves when filling in the form. They advise interested candidates not to give short answers and to provide links or evidence to prove that they are potential leaders to be considered for the prestigious programme.
The application deadline is 31 January 2024. The programme will run from 1 February to 30 April 2024.
