The WIPO Young Experts Programme (YEP) aims to enhance and expand the capabilities of the next generation of global Intellectual Property (IP) leaders to help build innovation ecosystems worldwide. Through this competitive 2-year program, 10 talented young professionals will work firsthand on various WIPO initiatives. The program offers exposure to both technical and strategic aspects of IP, enabling YEP participants to acquire skills and knowledge that can contribute to the future economic growth of their countries and regions.

Requirements
- Maximum age of 35 at the time the application is submitted.
- Available for 24 months from 2025 to 2026.
- A university degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Knowledge or experience in IP, innovation, or creativity.

- 5,000 Swiss francs (CHF) per month

Selection Process Schedule

- Initial screening tests: end of August 2024
- Virtual interview: September 2024
