Applications are now open for Cohort 7 of the African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative (AWEC) Programme.
The African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative is an innovative 12-month leadership and business management training programme that accepts 200 women entrepreneurs every year.

During the two-week application period, AWEC receives an average of more than 2,000 applications for just 200 places on the programme.

ELIGIBILITY

• Female

• African country of origin
• Owner of a for-profit business in operation for at least 2 years in any sector with at least 2 employees, full or part-time
  • You must be the only one in your company signing up
• Or an aspiring entrepreneur with a business plan that hasn't been launched yet
• Access to a reliable Internet connection with sufficient bandwidth for video calls during the 12-month period
• Professional English proficiency
