Deadline: 17th May 2024
Applications for the Global Pluralism Prize 2025 are now open. Presented each year to individuals, organisations, governments and companies from around the world, the Award celebrates inspiring and courageous work that is helping to build more inclusive societies, where diversity is valued and protected.
The Prize is awarded by the Global Centre for Pluralism and made possible, in part, by the generous support of TD Bank Group. The Global Centre for Pluralism is an independent charitable organisation founded by His Highness the Aga Khan and the Government of Canada. The Centre works with political leaders, educators and community builders around the world to amplify and implement the transformative power of pluralism.
Prize
- Three prize winners will share a total prize pool of US$ 150,000 (CAD). The prize money will be divided equally between the three prize winners (CAD$ 50,000 each).
- At the end of 2025, each of the three winners of the Prize and up to seven winners of honourable mentions, or their delegates, will be invited to the awards ceremony.
- In addition to the financial prize, the Centre will work with the prize winners and honourable mentions to develop a programme of in-kind support and engagement in 2026. This may include communication support, collaboration through global events and meetings or opportunities to participate in the Centre's research and educational activities.
