The Young Delegates Programme is UNITE 2030's Peer-to-Peer Leadership Development Programme, which brings together young Changemakers who aim to gain a better understanding of themselves and how to create an impact in their communities.
UNITE 2030 strives to identify the most impactful and action-orientated young Changemakers from every country in the world to take part in Camp 2030.
We are particularly looking for young leaders who embody our core values in their work and daily lives - action, innovation, bravery, generosity and unity. Many UNITE 2030 Changemakers are leading professionals in their field, or aspiring Changemakers who have taken action within their communities to solve global challenges.
The Camp 2030 application process is highly competitive.
We received 3,500+ applications for our 2022 edition of Camp 2030 and selected 200 (an acceptance rate of 7.1%).
Eligibility for campers
All campers must meet the basic eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you will not be eligible to enrol in Camp 2030.
- Between 18 and 35 years old on the 1st day of Camp (11 September 2023);
- Fluency and ability to communicate on complex subjects in English;
- Proven track record in social causes;
- Demonstrated embodiment of UNITE 2030's core values through their actions and work;
- Ability to travel to the United States during the dates of 11-16 September 2023.
What is UNITE 2030?
Created in 2016, UNITE 2030 is a global community of young leaders who are taking action to end poverty, inequality, injustice and climate change by the year 2030.
Every year, we equip, empower and inspire the next generation of young leaders to develop solutions to the biggest challenges facing the world. We support more than 20,000 young people aged between 18 and 35 from 190 different countries around the world.
At the centre of our work is the community. We believe that through community, we can change the world. By building a community of the world's most passionate and action-orientated young leaders, we create networks and friendships that last a lifetime, as well as a lasting impact together.
