The Global Leadership Challenge 2023 will bring together 100 young leaders selected through an open application process. Candidates will be assessed on their commitment to responsible leadership and passion for engaging with complex global challenges. We are looking for a diverse group of graduate students and young professionals who are ready to take on the challenges of our time and develop into the responsible leaders our world desperately needs right now.
GLC members can participate virtually from all over the world and all GLC 2023 sessions will be completely virtual.

Eligibility criteria
- You are a student (currently enrolled in a master's or doctoral programme) or a young professional (aged 21-30).
- You've finished your undergraduate studies.
- You have already demonstrated your commitment to responsible leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experience.
- You are committed to investing around five half-days from 7 to 11 December 2023 in the GLC.
- Active participation in the GLC sessions is mandatory in order to receive a Certificate of Achievement.
We accept applications from all over the world and from all academic disciplines.
