- Age: 18-26
- From a low-income family
- A first-generation university student or recent graduate who is not currently enrolled in a postgraduate programme
- Intermediate English proficiency

The Journey of the Aspire Leaders Programme
MODULE I Three Weeks
Personal and professional development
- Assessment of strengths-based leadership skills.
- Access to professional development resources co-created with Harvard Business School. These resources include guidance on creating a LinkedIn profile, writing an effective CV, interview tips and networking advice.
- Opportunities for live interactions within a global cohort of peers.
MODULE II Seven Weeks
Aspire Leadership Course: Social impact for first generation leaders
- A six-session leadership development course, augmented by an additional week for dedicated courses, meticulously designed and presented by esteemed professors from Harvard University.
The journey unfolds as follows:
- Week one: Understanding yourself as a leader
- Week two: The importance of understanding context and building trust
- Week three: Navigating Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence
- Fourth week: Live discussion - Addressing community challenges
- Week Five: Leaders' Voices
- Week 6: Live discussion - Taking action in your communities around the world
- Seventh week: Free course and preparation for module 3
MODULE III Two Weeks
Immersive learning
- Take part in masterclasses led by world-renowned educators from top universities around the world.
- Experience a mix of asynchronous and synchronous learning, fostering connections with a global cohort of colleagues and mentors.
Alumni engagement
Alumni are given the keys to an energetic community of young leaders, experienced mentors and valuable seed funding for social impact.
