Registration for the Global Changemaker Fellowship 2024 are now open. The Global Changemaker Fellowship is a six-month virtual advancement programme designed to interact with and develop a pipeline of Social Change Leaders who are focused on tackling challenges in their local communities.
Throughout the programme, Fellows continue to implement their initiative while participating in immersive workshops, training and mentoring. The fellowship offers changemakers the opportunity to gain access to global knowledge, community, training and tools to become more effective contributors to change and expand their initiatives.
Focus areas
- Systems Thinking: Designing solutions for all stakeholders by examining problems through the lens of a system.
- Innovative leadership: Developing leaders' ability to articulate vision, talk about differences and inspire others to act.
- Managing Polarities: Leading when opposing but interdependent values are in tension.
- Adaptive and Collaborative: Catalysing and embracing the process of creating change through collaboration.

Eligibility
- Open to social change, leaders are forming all over the world.
- Candidates must be available to attend all the programme sessions.
- Be between 20 and 35 years old.
- Passionate about tackling community challenges in line with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
