The competition aims to spark students' creativity so that their graduation projects play an active role in IT Transformation and have the opportunity to shine and win prizes.

If you're a senior student working on your degree project on any of the topics below in the FinTech, Sustainability, Education, Health and Wellness sectors, you're welcome to join them for a very exciting ride! The topics covered: AI, IoT, Information Security, Automation and 5G.

Eligibility

• Students wishing to take part must be in their final year and must be enrolled at any academic institution in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey.
• Students must have a member of the faculty as their supervisor.
• Students must be non-governmental employees or full-time university students.
• The authenticity of the information provided by students must be validated by the head of their department or their faculty advisor.
• Students should only be listed on one project.
• All communication between Dell Technologies and the project team will be through the project's academic supervisor and the designated team leader.
• Each competing team must consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 members. One of the team members must be selected as team leader with the following responsibilities.

Prizes

• First place will receive US$ 5,000
• The runner-up will receive US$ 4,000
• Third place will receive US$ 3,000
• All members of the Top 10 team will receive certificates of recognition for their achievement.
• They will offer an opportunity for mentoring by Dell experts.
• A formal awards ceremony for members of the winning team, academic counsellors and senior staff from your university/college.

The competition consists of three phases:

• Project Summary Submission: Window of submission:
  15 October to 15 November 2023
  Announcement of shortlisted projects 15 January 2024
• Submission of the Provisional Design Report: Submission 16 February 2024 Announcement of the top 20 finalists:
  13th March 2024
  will be offered technical mentoring from Dell Technologies.
• Submission of the Final Report:
  Submission 25th July 2024
  Announcement of winners - 31 August 2024
