Students (undergraduates and graduates, full-time and part-time) from all over the world are invited to think creatively about a problem faced by property professionals for renowned companies such as Google, Duke Energy, AstraZeneca, Whirlpool and many others. You and your team-mates will take part in a competition with competing institutions. Your job is to tackle challenges such as creating an employee experience that attracts millennials while retaining all other generations of employees; or closing the gap between business speed and typical property speed.

Who can take part?

The competition is open to teams of two (2) to four (4) students (undergraduates and graduates, full-time and part-time) from all over the world; team members can be from different academic programmes within an institution, and/or teams can be made up of students from more than one institution.

Ideally, each team should be made up of a diverse range of students from different disciplines, such as architecture/design, engineering, business, finance and science. Interdisciplinary teams can have an advantage when it comes to meeting this challenge.

Each team must have a faculty advisor from their home institution, and the advisor's contact information must be included in the team registration form. In addition, each team must appoint a Team Leader. The Team Leader will be the main point of contact for CoreNet Global,
and e-mails sent to the e-mail address provided by the Team Leader will be considered delivered.

Prizes

The winning team will receive US$ 5,000.
