The main candidates are international organisations, given the volume of grants and the global geographical scope. However, they must have at least one local co-applicant and financial support for local organisations is mandatory.
Thus, associations and NGOs based in Cape Verde can apply in partnership with an international organisation.
The areas covered by the call for projects are:
Business and human rights;
Generalised System of Preferences Plus (GSP+), the European Union's special incentive scheme for sustainable development and good governance;
Fight against forced labour;
Equality and inclusion of LGBTQI people;
Freedom of religion or belief.
The deadline for submitting applications is 31/01/2024
