The fellowship period covers six months, during which fellows will actively collaborate with civic tech innovators, conduct exploratory research and hone their skills in using data for social impact. Participants are expected to devote their time to various activities, including conducting final research, creating multimedia products, developing blog posts and training curricula, and organising online and offline events. Throughout the programme, fellows will work closely with the Pollicy team and partners from the civic tech community.

1. Grants and Growth Fellow (Business Development)
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or in our office in Kampala. The fellow will play a crucial role in supporting Pollicy's initiatives related to grants and business development.
2. Communications and Development Fellow
Whether working remotely or based in Kampala, the Communications and Development Fellow will contribute to improving Pollicy's outreach and development efforts.
3. Research Fellows, Francophones and Anglophones
Two positions are available in Uganda for research fellows. They will focus on conducting in-depth research on topics related to the use of data and civic technology to improve government services.
4. Data Scholar
Based in Kampala, the Data Fellow will be actively involved in harnessing data for civic technology initiatives, contributing to Pollicy's mission of using data for positive social change.
